Welcome to Jidoki — your all-in-one platform designed to help financial advisors and professionals build lasting client relationships. Whether you're just starting out or scaling your practice, Jidoki gives you the tools to automate communications, manage contacts, and grow your business with confidence. If you ever need extra support, our team is here to help at [email protected].
Day 1–2: Complete the Setup Survey and connect your channels.
Day 3: Import your contacts via CSV.
Day 4–5: Activate your first Care campaign (Anniversary or Lapse).
Day 6: Book a test appointment through Concierge.
Day 7: Review your dashboard reports and adjust.
Jidoki is built around three core pillars: Connect, Nurture, and Grow. Connect your channels and import contacts. Use Care Features to automate follow-ups and reminders. Track performance and grow your client relationships over time.
Your Jidoki dashboard is your command centre. At a glance, see your active campaigns, upcoming appointments, wallet balance, and recent contact activity. The dashboard refreshes in real time so you always have an up-to-date view of your business.
Most advisors start seeing faster response rates and fewer cold leads within 2–4 weeks, once their automations are live. The key is getting your first few sequences running and refining as you go.
Nope, that's the whole point. Jidoki is built so advisors can run it without a tech team. Core automations are template-based — you're mostly filling in the blanks. If you get stuck, the Jidoki AI assistant and our support team at [email protected] are here to help.
Go to Settings > Branding and add your logo (PNG or JPG, 200×200px recommended) and your primary brand colour (hex code). These assets appear in your email templates, Help Centre, and campaign materials.
Yes. Go to Settings → Team Members → invite them. You control what they can see and do, so your data stays protected.
Jidoki's subscription fee is billed on a monthly cycle from your activation date. Message credits are separate and deducted from your prepaid wallet as messages are sent. View billing details in Billing > Subscriptions.
All invoices are available in Billing > Invoices. Each invoice includes charges, billing period, payment method, and status. Download as PDF for your records. For missing invoices contact [email protected].
Go to Care > Automated Follow-Ups and define your trigger, delay intervals, and message content. This ensures no client falls through the cracks and every interaction gets a timely, professional response — without manual effort.
The Workflows section is available for you to explore. For custom workflows built to your specification, reach out to [email protected] — we can do that at additional ad-hoc costs.
Go to Care > Reports and select a campaign. View messages sent, delivery rate, open rate, reply rate, and opt-outs. Use these insights to refine your messaging and targeting for future campaigns.
A cold lead is anyone who showed interest but never converted. Jidoki lets you set up reactivation campaigns that automatically reach back out with a fresh angle. Don't leave that pipeline money on the table.
Filter by last activity date, status, or tags. Start with anyone who hasn't responded in 30, 60, or 90 days. Build a segment, drop them into a reactivation sequence — takes about 10 minutes to set up.
If you don't already have a suitable number:

1. Purchase a new SIM or eSIM. Suggested: SIMBA SuperRoam10 — S$10 per 30 days.
2. Register and activate the number.
3. Test that it can receive SMS and phone calls.
4. Do not register it on personal WhatsApp first.

SIMBA's S$10 plan includes a Singapore mobile number with local SMS and calling capabilities.
Have the following ready before you begin:

• Facebook account
• Meta Business Portfolio
• Business name and address
• Business website and email
• New dedicated phone number (e.g. your SIMBA number)
1. Open your Jidoki sub-account.
2. Go to Settings → WhatsApp.
3. Click Connect WhatsApp.
4. Click Continue with Facebook.
5. Select or create your Meta Business Portfolio.
6. Create a new WhatsApp Business Account.
7. Enter your business display name.
8. Add your dedicated phone number.
9. Verify it by SMS or phone call.
10. Approve access for LeadConnector / HighLevel.

HighLevel connects your WABA through its embedded Meta signup flow.
Once connected, run through these checks:

• Confirm the number shows as Connected in Settings → WhatsApp.
• Create at least one message template.
• Send an inbound test message to yourself.
• Test a manual reply and any automated workflows linked to WhatsApp.
Use a quick form, QR code, or dedicated landing page to log the referral on the spot. The moment their details are in, Jidoki automatically starts the follow-up. No more intros getting lost in your notes.
Go to Settings > Calendar and select Google Calendar or Outlook. Follow the on-screen authorisation steps. Once connected, Jidoki syncs your availability in real time, preventing double bookings.
Jidoki Concierge is your intelligent appointment and lead management assistant. It handles inbound enquiries, qualifies leads, and books appointments directly into your calendar — all automatically across WhatsApp and Email.
Concierge collects key information from new leads — needs, timeline, contact details — before routing them to the right next step: booking an appointment, sending information, or escalating to you directly.
You'll be notified when a lead is captured, an appointment is booked or cancelled, or a client escalation is required. Manage notification preferences at Settings > Notifications.
Go to Contacts → Add Contact → fill in their details → assign them to the right pipeline stage. You can also drop them into a workflow from there to kick off a sequence immediately.
Group clients by age group, policy type, anniversary month, or engagement status. Go to Contacts > Segments > Create New and define your filter criteria. Segments update dynamically as contact data changes.
Jidoki tracks key milestones — first contact, policy start, anniversary, and last interaction. Go to Contacts and select a client profile to view their full lifecycle data.
